Mission: support great teams that build great software.

• 🌲Grow teams: find the right people for the team, help them organize the work, stay out of the way when the team is executing smoothly.
• 📈Create product: collaborate with product and design folks to define a great solution to customer problems, work with teams to iterate upon features that implement that solution
• 🏋🏻Coach developers: facilitate social growth, pair program to develop design and development skill
• 🚀Build software: build the features, write the tests, ship the code, flip the feature flags, troubleshoot the bugs, fix the data, make it fast/scale, update the legacy code

📚 Recently

• Workleap: lead a backend/Rails team through a major upgrade/version migration, started project to integrate Pingboard product into Workleap platform.
• Pingboard: lead/grow/coach a cross-functional team to deliver new product features, build new integrations, support existing code, and respond to operational issues.
• ShippingEasy: built new integrations and inventory management features.

Previously: LivingSocial, Gowalla, FiveRuns, PureDiscovery, Tyler Technologies.
